Lake Alice is a shallow 26-acre spring fed lake in William O'Brien State Park that is a popular spot for visitors. The lake is named after Alice O’Brien who donated land for the park memory of her William O'Brien who was a lumber baron. This lake has a swimming beach and a handicap accessible fishing pier. Be aware there is no lifeguard at the beach. Fish species found in Lake Alice include bluegills, black crappies, largemouth bass, northerns, yellow perch and bullheads. A portion of the popular Riverside Trail runs by Lake Alice. There is ample parking and numerous picnic tables near the lake. There are canoes and kayaks available for rent for those interested in paddling on the lake.

Since Lake Alice is located in a state park, a fee must be paid to enter the park. A day use or annual permit can be purchased at the park office.
