Located just south of Monon Lake in the Olallie Scenic Area, Horseshoe Lake Campground is a series of 10 campsites sandwiched between the shoreline of Horseshoe Lake and NF-4220. Due to the area's remote nature, although the campsites are just off of NF-4220, few vehicles pass by…which is the aspect that makes this outdoor recreation area so special.

The lake, as the name might imply, is horseshoe-shaped with a small channel leading to the lake’s southern half.  Pack your canoe or kayak as this is a fun little lake to explore, along with Olallie and Monon Lakes less than a mile to the north.
