Horseshoe Lake Campground is located within the High Lakes area of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The campground sits next to the namesake, 24 acre lake. This scenic lake provides a beautiful backdrop and offers fishing and boating (electric motors only) opportunities. Hiking opportunities are also abundant with the High Lakes Trail running near the campground, and miles upon miles of trails within the Mount Adams Wilderness nearby.

The campground is accessed via a 1.3 mile spur road, a high clearance vehicle is recommended. The campground is not appropriate for large trailers or RVs.

There are 11 campsites at Horseshoe Lake. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire ring. There is also a vault toilet within the campground. No drinking water is available.

Campsites are first come, first served with no reservations possible.
