I am an enthusiastic photographer. I have been documenting my travels for over 25 years starting with print film, then 35mm slide, and now digital. I want to come home and see, in detail, all I saw in person and I use my camera to accomplish that goal.
I work part time as a veterinary nurse, part time as a group fitness instructor, specializing in yoga, and part time as a photographer.
I do multiple art shows yearly, and was awarded an honorable mention in my last juried show, quite an accomplishment when competing against painters and water colorist.
I have worked for magazines in the past but, with the down turn in the economy and the closing/sale of print publications, I have not done much in the last few years.
I'm thrilled to now be a part of the Outdoor Project community, we all need to realize how important the outdoors is to us personally and to the world as a whole.
