Hello, My name is Amanda, I am born and raised in Tucson AZ. I am a mom to two wonderful, rescue dogs who accompany me on most of my hikes. I am passionate about leaving no trace, and about teaching others about the outdoors. I have a unique perspective about hiking, because I am a full time Social worker, and I use the outdoors as my therapy time. I hike, backpack, and run outdoors, it doesn’t matter if it is 110 degrees outside, or its raining I make sure I can get some outdoors time.
