Twin Harbors State Park

Located just south of Westport, Washington, Twin Harbors State Park contains 172 acres of shore pine and Sitka spruce forest, wetlands, dunes, and sandy beach along the state's South Beach* coast.

Beyond the park's small day use area adjacent to the beach, the park is dominated by it's large and tightly packed 268-site campground, which unlike Grayland Beach State Park Campground, does feature a group site that can accommodate parties up to 60 people. The park's campground straddles both the east and west side of Highway 105, and the day use area and beach can be accessed off of Schafer Island Beach Road.

Note: Vehicles are permitted on the beach, and be sure to check with the Washington Department of Fish + Wildlife for shellfish digging regulations.

* "South Beach" is the local name of the 18-mile stretch of continuous beach that starts at Westhaven State Park to the north and extends as far south as North Cove's Washaway Beach and the small town of Tokeland.
