Hoh Campground

For those exploring the interpretive trails around the Hoh Rainforest Visitor Center or those venturing out on the 18-mile approach to the base of Mount Olympus, Hoh Campground is certainly the most popular base camp.

Located right on the banks of the glacially fed Hoh River, the year-round campground features 88 tent/car sites (each with a picnic table and a fire grate), restrooms, potable water, and bear-proof food storage boxes. Although none of the sites have RV hook-ups, the campground does have a dump station. The campground's amphitheater is also home to ranger-lead educational programs in the summer.

Note: Pets are allowed in the campground on-leash, but they are not allowed on trails or in any other undeveloped areas (as is the case in most National Parks).
