Olallie Campground is a small campground when compared with the sprawling Paradise Campground just down the highway. The 17 sites are mostly well spaced, with an upper tier that provides more room for trailers and a lower tier that is close to the McKenzie River with smaller sites that are more appropriate for tent-only camping. The lower tier sites tend to be the most picturesque while the upper tier sites offer more privacy.
There are vault toilets at the end of each row of sites, and potable water can be accessed on the lower row. The year-round boat ramp is the uppermost on the McKenzie River, and the fishing in this section of the river is excellent. Each site contains the standard picnic table and fire pit, and there is no running water aside from the lower level pump. Bring your own firewood. Olallie Campground is close to several McKenzie River and McKenzie Pass adventures and is a great overnight option while you explore the area.
