Mount Pierce is a 4,310 foot mountain in the Presidential Range in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The ledges near the true summit provide views towards the other Presidentials such as Mount Eisenhower and Washington.

This route to Mount Pierce follows the Crawford Path: a trail considered the oldest maintained footpath in the United States, recently celebrating 200 years. The trail can be accessed from US 302 or at the Mount Clinton Road parking lot. The trail will be described as coming from US 302, though those parking at the Mount Clinton Road lot will just need to follow the Crawford Connector trail for 0.4 miles until it joins Crawford Path. Crawford Path begins at US 302 across from the AMC Highland Center. After meeting the Crawford Connector, the trail continues following Gibbs Brook and begins to climb moderately yet steadily. The trail eventually moves away from the brook and reaches the junction with the Mizpah Cutoff which diverges right. Continue on the Crawford Path following moderate and somewhat easier grades until reaching the high point near the edge of Mount Pierce, where the trail opens and provides great views. Crawford Path then intersects the Webster Cliff Trail right toward the summit in just a tenth of a mile. To finish this out-and-back hike, retrace your steps down the Crawford Path back to US 302.
