The condos of Pennay's at River Run are so close to Sun Valley Ski Resort that you can walk out the back entrance, cross the bridge over the Big Wood River, and walk up to the resort in a matter of minutes. The walk from your condo to the mountain covers the same distance as those who park in resort's lot! The 18 condos are tucked up against the mountains and are located between the river and its long trail system. The surrounding pine trees and mountain views make for a great setting as you soak in the outdoor hot tub. And because the condos are within a few blocks of the many restaurants and shops of Ketchum, you'll spend almost no time commuting around town. The one- and two-bedroom condos are spacious and include decks or balconies, fire places, free Wi-Fi, and snowmobile rides to and from the ski resort during winter.

This is not a winter-only destination, however; the bike and walking path that sits just outside the complex can take you around Ketchum and even as far as Hailey. Enjoy views of Bald Mountain and the sound of the running river year round. Most of the units sleep up to four people, but ask to reserve Unit 1 if you have up to seven guests and need some extra space.
