Spouting Horn is a blowhole along the Pacific coast near Poipu on the island of Kauai. The horn blows very consistently, so you don't need to spend a long time waiting to see a good geyser effect. If the oceans are rough you can get some serious spouts dozens of feet into the air. A small viewing area has a chain link fence keeping people from heading down to the dangerous rocky shore. There are lots of smaller holes in the same area that might eventually become as large as the now famous spout. Look for green sea turtles (honu) swimming near one of the coves in the distance; they are also common to see from the viewing platform. There is no fee to visit, and there are bathrooms are available to the public. It's not worth going too far out of your way to see, but it is definitely worth stopping by when you are in the area or passing through.
