Blue Lake is a natural warm springs pond just across the Utah state line at the western fringe of the Great Salt Lake.

Popular with scuba divers, the lake is about 60 feet deep, lying in a wetlands area with several other warm springs in the immediate vicinity. Visitors have built a boardwalk path leading to the lake's edge, where some makeshift docks and platforms sit. There are no amenities of any kind in the parking area.

The waters of Blue Lake stay warm year round, while also having a clarity that is uncommon at most low elevation lakes. Though lying in the salt flats, the area is ringed by mountains in the distance, giving a scenic panoramic view.

Visitors should be aware of seasonal algae blooms and insects, however during optimal conditions, Blue Lake offers a memorable swimming or diving experience.
