Parking for this loop hike is located off Howard Blvd at a designated lot for the Berkshire Valley State Wildlife Management Area.  From the east side of the lot, follow the Yellow trail for a short distance until it intersects with the White Trail.  The White trail is one complete loop of the management area.  Turn left on the White Trail.

After less than 1 mile, the trail ascends over Mt Arlington and continues north until it joins the Berkshire Valley WMA Rail Trail at the 3 mile mark.  The rail trail turn south and continues for 2.25 miles.  At the end of the rail trail, the White Trail continues into the forest for another 2 miles.  The White trail meets back with the Yellow access trail.  Turn left to return to the trailhead parking.

There is no views for this hike but very few people.
