Penny Hill is the most popular sledding hill in the Sun Valley area. It’s convenient location off Sun Valley Road between downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Resort adds to this.

The nearest parking is a small area close to the hill off Saddle Avenue. Alternatively, one could park in the large lot near Sun Valley Lodge, or in downtown Ketchum and walk to the hill.

Penny Hill offers a large open area with no trees to worry about crashing into. The lower slopes are fairly tame and perfect for younger kids, while the upper slopes get pretty steep and will allow the more adventurous to pick up some serious speed!
