This loop hike is located in Tonto National Forest.  Start from the trailhead located at the end of N. Meriden Road.  From the trailhead, follow the Pass Mountain trail on the left.  This trail is easy to follow and offers great views.  The trail leads to a saddle between Pass Mountain and Peak 3004 which is reach after about 2 miles.

The trail descends steeply at first and is hard to follow at times.  After another mile, the trail turns back south and begins to climb up to Bulldog Saddle.  The descent from Bulldog saddle has nice view however, this loop is in the foothils of Apache Junction so this final section has views of that community.  Still great views east and west of Saguaros.

Overall, this trail is easy to follow and not very difficult.
