Beginning at Montezuma Pass, ascend the Crest Trail #103 / Arizona National Scenic Trail (AZT). Over the first four miles, you will climb from approximately 6,500 feet to 9,000 feet. At this point, you will leave the Crest Trail #103 and climb a short, yet steep spur trail to the summit of Miller Peak. Take in the views and your hard work; after that, it's all downhill.
