The Blevins Trail is located in Usery Mountain Regional Park, east of Phoenix, Arizona.  The trailhead is located at a very large parking area off of East Usery Park road.  The trail is accessable at either the east or west end of the parking lot since this is a loop hike that returns directly from the opposite side of the lot.

Going in a clockwise direct, the trail starts on the est end of the lot.  It is easy to follow with very little incline.  In this direct, there is good views of the Superstition Mountains.  The trail gradually turns in a southeast direction.  After one mile from the trailhead, the trail makes a sharp right and continue straight for another 1.25 miles.  At a trail junction with the Levee Trail, turn right and follow the trail north until it meets and old service road.  Turn right and in less than one mile, the trail ends back at the west side of the parking lot.
