Anthony Kasner became captivated by the natural world early in life while residing in the Cascade foothills of Washington where he spent a great deal of time playing in the forests. By his early teens, he broke into the world of snowboarding and was introduced to the endless grandeur of the local alpine country. This quenched his thirst for outdoor adventure until after high school when he moved further up the highway to a home with a taunting view of several prominent mountains. It was in the few following years that he would begin researching ascent routes and executing many of the classic hikes and climbs throughout the Skykomish Valley, Alpine Lakes Wilderness and beyond. Anthony now calls Arlington, WA home and consistently rambles throughout the North and Central Cascades.
