Karissa Frye

Growing up in Montana, I gained an appreciation for the outdoors at a young age. This appreciation developed my need for adventure; backpacking, rock climbing, biking, snowboarding, and so on.

It wasn't until I attended the University of Montana that I discovered an even greater passion I subsumed, photojournalism.

Telling stories through photos and writing these past six years has left me feeling tremendously fortunate. I continuously meet remarkable people and partake in fulfilling adventures. My inspiration continues to grow, alongside my portfolio.
