    Jessica Beauchemin

    Bend, OR, Oregon

I grew up in New England, spending lots of time playing outdoors, camping with my family and going on nature hikes. As I grew into a young adult and began working full time as a teacher, I lost some of my connection with the outdoors. Luckily, fate brought me back into it and now living in Oregon has really brought out my inner adventurer.

I spend all my free time rambling throughout the northwest with my backpack and a camera. I climb rocks, climb mountains, hike trails, wander off trails, soak in hot springs, and embrace the natural world. When I get back into town, I write to preserve the memories, and here I share them with you.

My love of movement has blossomed into a new career. As a personal trainer who teaches movement both indoors and out, I get to help others experience the joy of movement. Running my own business allows me the freedom to truly express my passion in my work and the flexibility to get out into the wild throughout the seasons.

I'm super excited to have just moved to Bend and look forward to exploring all around my new home as well as throughout the west!
