I am a car camping daddy with a family of five.
I enjoy exploring the constraints of camp cooking. Dutch oven beer bread is a specialty. Cooking outside with a suitcase propane range is relaxing, provided the kids aren't too hungry yet. :)
As my kids age I hope we can do some overnight backpack trips, and continue to explore the beautiful pacific northwest.
