The Bellevue Botanical Garden offers a peaceful oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Bellevue, Washington. A great option for families and photographers, the garden is expansive and beautiful all times of year, though it is especially stunning in spring and fall. As a bonus, parking and entry to the Bellevue Botanical Garden are free.

The Bellevue Botanical Garden offers 53 acres to explore, with the garden being divided into distinct areas and experiences. Each of these areas contains unique landscaping that features flowers, shrubs, and trees of all variety. You can explore the gardens on your own, simply wandering among the areas as you please, or follow one of their two trails. The Tateuchi Loop Trail is a good option if you want to see the main highlights of the garden, as it loops you through the perimeter and center of the garden. The Lost Meadow Trail, however, is interesting if you want to see the Ravine Experience, which features a massive suspension bridge.

The majority of trails looping through the garden are gravel and you won't lose or gain any significant amount of elevation as you explore. There is also a store and coffee bar for souvenirs or a snack, and the garden hosts seasonal experiences, such as Garden d'Lights in the winter.
