Rollins Pond Campground is accessed through Fish Creek Pond State Park and shares some of its amenities. It is more secluded and quiet than its neighboring campground and does not allow motors over 25 horsepower on the water. This restriction, along with the huge quantity of lakeside campsites, make Rollins Pond a paradise for paddlers.

To reach Rollins Pond, visitors will first enter Fish Creek Pond State Park, then turn right to follow signs for Rollins Pond. A second registration booth will mark the entrance to Rollins Pond. The A-loop sites are located at the south end of the pond nearest the entrance to the campground, but many of the best sites are found in the 180 to 220 range. Be sure to drive the length of the campground to pick your favorite site.

Two boat launches are found between sites A11 and 1. The larger boat launch allows for trailers and boats with motors of 25 horsepower or less and provides access to Rollins Pond. The second is a car-top boat launch for paddlers to access Whey Pond. This is found on the east side behind the assistant caretaker cabin.

Rollins Pond is a 442-acre pond that is popular among paddlers and fisherman. Its many bays and inlets are great places to watch birds and explore a classic Adirondack lakeshore. Fisherman will find bass, northern pike, and yellow perch, as well as a few other species. Whey Pond is about one-quarter the size of Rollins Pond at 116 acres. It's stocked with brook and rainbow trout and is accessible only to boats without motors.

Most of the sites themselves are flat, spacious, and feature access to the water. RVs up to 40 feet long can be accomodated, but no sites have hookups. Hot showers, flush toilets, and a volleyball court are available within the campground, and visitors are allowed to utilize any of the day-use features at Fish Creek Pond State Park as well.
