A quiet, quaint campground located less than a mile from the bustling streets of Provincetown, Massachusettes, Dunes Edge Campground is a great place to stay.
You will begin your visit to Dunes Edge Campground by meeting a helpful front desk attended who will guide you in the right direction for anything you may need to know about Provincetown and the campsite. As you venture around the campground you will notice that there are some sites that are more secluded and private than others. There are also some sites that allow you to drive right in and others where there may be a few stairs that separate your car from your campground. The tent sites are all pretty decent sizes, though the RV sites may seem on the small side for roominess by comparison. Full showers and restrooms are provided at a few designated locations. There is a short trail through the woods that will lead to some sand dunes, and there are also open grassy areas for kids to play near a shaded bench area.
This campground is located about a mile from the bustling downtown area of Provincetown, which allows you to stay in the area at an affordable cost. And, should you walk, you won’t have to worry about finding parking. Although there is no playground available, staying at Dunes Edge Campground is a great choice when visiting Provincetown.
