Feyrer Campground consists of a row of sites branching off of the western section of the Feyrer Park loop. There is a great deal of uniformity to the sites; each has the same allotment of asphalt, the same distribution of picnic tables and fire pits, and each is just as close to the other. The result is an overnight opportunity that may feel just fine if you are using a vehicle such as a small RV, trailer, or van, or if crowds are low. During busy weekends, however, the line of sites may feel a little cramped.
Variation in the sites has more to do with how close you want to be to facilities, including showers, the campground host, or the side creek that runs behind all of the sites. All sites enjoy access to this creek, and all sites are nicely shaded. There is one site that is approved for larger groups.
All sites have electric and water hookups, and there is a waste station near the park’s exit. Reservations are recommended, and as is the case with attached Feyrer Park, the fee system is interesting and includes charges for trailers, reservations, and extra cars. Campers have excellent access to the day use areas in the park, the Mollala river that runs east of the park, and the boat ramp just across Feyrer Park Road. Like the park, the campground appears to be open year-round.
