A great little sledding hill halfway up Big Cottonwood Canyon sits at the mouth of Mill D South. In winter the gate to access Donut Falls and Cardiff Fork is closed to everyone but residents. Just a short walk past the gate down the road on the left is a hill that the locals have decided is a perfect place to take the sleds. Nestled below Kessler Peak and across from Mill D North, the scenery couldn't get much better. This is not the largest hill, and often you see a younger crowd here, but even adults have plenty of fun here on the few steep sections. The variety of terrain makes this a great, easy place to go have some fun with the whole family.

The area gets pretty packed with cars, but there is a good amount of room to park. This is because there are lots of hikes that have their trailheads here, so it's a very popular place.
