Situated on the southeast end of Lake Wenatchee, Nason Creek Campground is ideal for those wishing to camp near the lake and to avoid the crowds. The campground is set among old-growth trees, and many of the sites are right on the creek that runs through the middle. A variety of wildlife abounds in this area, and you can expect visits from curious deer or hungry chipmunks during your stay.

Nason Creek Campground offers 73 standard non-electric sites, 3 of which are suitable for groups and all of which are first-come, first-serve. Many of the sites are RV friendly, though there is a tent-only loop on the west side of the creek for campers wishing to avoid generator noise.

Just a short walk or bike ride down the road is Lake Wenatchee State Park, where a variety of recreational activities and amenities are available to visitors. Rent horses and take a guided ride on 5 miles of horse trails, play volleyball on the beach, or fish for cutthroat trout, rainbow trout, and kokanee salmon in the lake. If you are in need of ice, firewood or an ice cream cone, just visit the general store in the South Campground. During the snowy months, visit for some winter camping and take advantage of snowshoeing and cross-country skiing loops in both the north and south parts of the park.
