Ægissíõufoss (Aegissioufoss by some keyboard limitations) is an often overlooked waterfall in the southwest of Iceland. Lying along the meandering Ytri-Rangá River, the falls are less than a 10-minute drive from the town of Hella along Iceland's Highway 1. Cascading down a V-shaped cropping of rock, views over the scenic falls are accessible by a short walk down a dirt track to get to the cliff overlooking the river.

Visible year round, the Ytri-Rangá is spring-fed and has a constant flow, with the peak flow occurring in the spring from the winter runoff. A fish ladder has also been constructed on the edge of the falls, aiding the river's salmon population.

While the small car parking area with a picnic bench is located on the west side of the river, a flat hiking trail from the town of Hella leads to a bench overlooking the falls from the east side.
