    There are two distinct entrances to the campground, the lower entrance has a large pullout and is good for groups.

    There isn't much in the way of improvements here - this is a typical camp site.

    Spots are unnumbered and unmarked, but campers can walk to get away from their neighbors.

    Chico Flat offers great views of the surrounding mountains.

    Signs mark the boundary for camping, as campers must remain away from the protected river area.

    While it's possible to walk down to the river here, conditions are less than ideal for wading or swimming.
