    A strange attraction accessible from the beach is a picturesque pirate tower. The tower is private and contains a spiral staircase leading to the home above, however the tower itself makes for an interesting sighting along the beach.

    Victoria Beach can be accessed by the public in two ways, via a set of stairs or down a dead-end sloped road. Both entrances require visitors to find parking along Pacific Coast Highway.
