    The far side of Jeep Arch (if hiking the loop in a clockwise direction) provides some great shade from the midday heat. It's a perfect spot for a little snack in the middle of your hike.

    Be warned: the most difficult part of the hike is descending from this side of the arch (the route to the left of this image). Those of unsure footing may opt to return the way they came rather than finish the small loop.
