    Lots and lots of skiers come down the trail, so be aware.
    Sections of the trail may be packed enough to support shoes with microspikes.
    Off trail travel usually requires snowshoes.
    There is a small bridge covered in snow to the right of the path to the falls.
    In the summer this is a large creek that you need to cross, but it appears much smaller in winter.
