The hand pockets are hipbelt-compatible.
Inside the hand pockets you can adjust the waist cinch, but it is located too high to be useful in keeping out the elements, especially during winter.
The cuffs have both elastic and a hook-and-loop cinch, which are both too tight to use over gloves or watches.
The elastic cuffs make the jacket hard to get on and off over gloves, and nearly impossible to use while wearing a watch.
