Plein Air painting at Legg Lake
Looking down into the Legg Lake Canyon from the unnamed pass. The lakes seen below are the ones immediately to the north of Legg Lake, which is behind the hill to the right.
The view back down into Stough Creek Basin as we were nearing the top of the pass. It was necessary to select route carefully here, and we were still scrambling a bit, using hands as well as feel to climb up to the start of the saddle. Good times!
