Fisherman’s Point is a group campground located at the very beginning of Fall Creek Reservoir.  The area is a great option for larger groups and can easily accommodate the suggested maximum of 64 people, the portable toilets acting as area’s limiting reagent.  Campers at Fisherman’s Point enjoy a prime group site with excellent water access directly from the banks and boat ramp access at Cascara Campground or North Point.  The Fall Creek Trail is just up NF-18 for those looking for a beautiful and easy hike up this unique waterway.

Fisherman’s Point has a central area that is cleared and appropriate for group meals and activities, and eight campsites branch off into the surrounding Douglas firs.  Each site has picnic tables and a fire pit, and the campground does have potable water.  Fisherman’s Point has direct access to the water where the reservoir backs up into the Fall Creek drainage.  Access to Fisherman’s Point is by reservation only: 1.800.452.5687.  Like neighboring Cascara Campground, Fishermen’s Point is open from late April to late September.
