Potlatch State Park Campground

In many ways the heart of Potlatch State Park, this large campground is a perfect spot to spend a night or two as you explore Annas Bay at the southern end of Hood Canal. The campground section of the park is located west of Highway 101 just across from the park's day use area, and it is divided into a north and south loop. The south loop is closer to the highway and the day use area, while the north loop has most of the campground amenities close by, including a small store and a softball field.

There are 78 sites between the two loops, 35 of which have water and electric hookups. There are some sites that can accommodate 60-foot trailers, though most are slightly shorter. While no sites are full hookup, there is a dump station located in the park near the south loop entrance. Individual sites have a fire ring and a picnic table, and restrooms with showers are centrally located in both loops. Generally, space between the sites is at a premium, so the area can feel crowded when occupancy is high. This year-round campground is quite popular, especially as the weather warms up, so reservations are highly recommended in the summer.
